2. Using our website

By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and information

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Filtration figures are based on independent laboratory testing under controlled conditions, and results in your home may vary with your local water supply. Water2 filters are designed to improve the quality and taste of tap water. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Water2 is designed for use with municipal (city) water.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and may change at any time. Prices for orders already placed won't change. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price, and we'll refund any payment in full.

5. Memberships

Some products are sold as an annual membership. Your first year is charged when you order, and replacement capsules are sent and charged automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. See our Subscription Policy for details.

6. Installation and use

Please follow the installation guide supplied with your filter. Water2 connects to the cold-water supply under your sink. If you're unsure about your plumbing, consult a qualified plumber. We aren't responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside our instructions.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Water2 or its licensors. Bear Grylls's name and likeness are used under license from BGV Global Ltd. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of the country or state where you live.
