How the membership works

When you buy the Pod 2.0 + Fluoride Filter as a membership, your first payment covers both filters, the hoses and your first year of filtration. About 12 months later, fresh replacement capsules are sent to you automatically and charged to your saved payment method at the membership renewal price shown at checkout. This repeats every year until you cancel.

Reminders

We'll email you before each renewal so you know it's coming.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account or by emailing hello@water2.com. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again.

Refunds on renewals

If you're charged for a renewal you didn't want, contact us within 14 days of the charge and before the capsules are installed, and we'll refund it.

Changes to pricing

If the renewal price changes, we'll tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
